We are an out of network provider, therefore it will be important for you to contact your health insurance provider to inquire about your mental health benefits to verify how your plan may provide you with partial or full reimbursement for psychotherapy services. It may be helpful to ask these following questions:
Does my health insurance plan include out of network mental health benefits?
Do I have a deductible? If so, what is it and have I met it yet?
Do my insurance benefits limit how many sessions per calendar year? If so, what is the limit?
Do I need written approval from my primary care physician for services to be covered?
We accept cash, check, and all major credit cards including health savings account (HSA) and Flex cards. If your health insurance benefits cover out of network psychotherapy services, we will provide you with a Superbill to submit with your insurance claim for possible partial or full reimbursement.
If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours in advance. Otherwise, you may be charged the full rate of the session.
